Multiple systems can be networked.
Networking provides a central location for all data. This allows users to share account and customer databases. One report or manifest can show all users activity.

Microsoft Access® Database.
All data is stored in Microsoft Access® database format, allowing for easy import and export of information.

Interfaces with postage meters.
Postage meters made by Pitney Bowes, Ascom Hasler, and Francotyp-Postalia are supported.

Interfaces with MOS' Spectrum Scale.
The Spectrum scale is available in many capacities and features.

Unique Graphic User Interface.
MCM can be operated from the keyboard, mouse, or a combination of both.

Charges back postage to accounts or departments.
Validates accounts before charges are allowed. Departmental budgets can be defined and tracked.

Differential Weighing.
Allows efficient weighing and posting of mixed mail.

Password Protected.
Allows assignment of individual passwords to users.

MCM Options 

MCM comes packed with standard features that address the vast majority of customers.  MOS don't nickel-and-dime you with modules that should be standard in a product.  We do have a small number of options that can be selected depending on your needs.

Differential Weight speeds up processing by reducing the time it takes to weigh an item.

Meter Interfaces connect MCM to various postage meters for greater speed and accuracy.

Turn Key systems are available where MOS installs and configures MCM on a Pentium class computer.
