What does Active Sorting™ mean in
practical terms? It means a machine that carries on working even when a
coin bag is full, accurately decides the right outlet for a coin in
microseconds and is easily programmable to fulfil your current or future
processing needs.
The SC Active 2200 with 9 outlets plus one
reject outlet has been specially designed for flexible sorting of
currencies, separately or simultaneously. This flexibility makes it
suitable for highly demanding coin sorting applications.
Active Sorting™ offers enhanced accuracy,
productivity and reliability, and also boosts staff efficiency by freeing
the operator to spend more time on other tasks.
Activate flexibility
The Active 2200 enables you to easily adapt
your coin processing operation to changing needs – it can count//sort up
to 64 different denominations of eight different currencies. And, with 9
outlets plus one reject outlet, it offers great flexibility for sorting
destinations. For example, the machine can sort national currency
denominations to 8 outlets and a foreign currency to the ninth. In fact,
you can allocate any denomination to any bag and more than one bag can be
allocated to each denomination.
A passive sorter stops whenever a bag has
been filled, but the
SC Active 2200 gives you non-stop operation because the automatic batching
process continues even when a bag is full.
