SC Active 4000 Valuesorter

The SC Active 4000 is a high speed coin sorting machine with total flexibility. Our unique electronic counting sensor technology provides outstanding accuracy and rejects all foreign coins or counterfeit coins. It provides active sorting into 9 slots, including rejects, through solenoids. The slots can be allocated as you prefer and the
SC Active 4000 does not even have to stop when one bag is full, all the other denominations will be continuously processed. Via the keyboard the ID-numbers etc. can be entered and four levels of memory are available in the built-in Cash Management System. Instructions and various statistics are presented on the screen and/or on the optional printer.

Other Features

• Counts and sorts up to 16 different coins into 8 bags simultaneously; unrecognised coins can be sorted into a reject cup or a 9th bag.
• Electronic coin detection and differentiation allow the unit to be 'reprogrammed' to take new coins and tokens without expensive hardware modifications.
• Flexible sorting; any denomination can be allocated to any bag and more than one bag can be allocated to each denomination.
• 640 x 400 pixel LCD monitor graphically shows the levels of coin in each bag.
• User operation is made simple by clear on-screen prompts.
• Clearly labelled functions keys allow access to the machine's features.
• Unused features can be hidden from the operator's view.
• By using more than one bag for each coin,
  the SC Active 4000 will automatically switch to the next bag when the current bag becomes full. If all bags are full, coins of that denomination are recycled, allowing the count/sort for other denominations to continue. Full bags are indicated both on-screen and by indicator lights above each bag.
• An optional integral 32 column printer produces a paper record of each transaction.
• RS 232 interfaces are provided to permit connection to external systems.
• Up to four identities can be allocated to each transaction. Numeric values may be entered from the keyboard and alphanumeric values may be selected from pre-programmed lists stored in the machine's memory. Optionally, a bar code reader can be fitted to read identities directly from bar code labels.
• Built-in Cash Management System provides four levels of memory: transaction, sub-total, total and grand total. In addition to coin counted by the machine, the operator can manually enter values for notes (by denomination), plastic tokens, cheques and credit cards etc.
