INCELL Supermount 200 Series

Manufactured by INSCALE for INCELL, The SUPERMOUNT 200 Series is a versatile low cost mount that serves a wide variety of process control and vessel weighing applications. The unique ball bearing suspension of the 200 Series allows for thermal expansion, movement, and height adjustment. Capacities range from 250 lbs. To 10,000 lbs. This unique design is self-centering and self-contained, eliminating the need for check rods. Bumpers may be required where major movement is anticipated.

SPECIFICATION

The best positioning of 200 Series mount assemblies is shown above in diagram 1-4. The long axis of the load cell should point in line with any recurring force. Such as a Conveyor or Tank Scale. This will allow the least restricted vessel movement and allow for thermal expansion and contraction.
